Hi. I just have a question about this chest pain I am having. It started earlier around 1oclock when I was playing a game with my little brother. It felt like it was aching but the pain at this point was underneath both of my breasts where my diaphragm would be. At first I started thinking it was just my anxiety and I shouldn't worry about it. As the day went on it was then n the middle of my chest. Then I thought maybe I pulled a muscle or something because I tend to do that a lot. It's a sharp pain, but not where I'm crying on the floor pain. It's just starting to really bug me and I can't call my doctor until tomorrow morning when school starts.
What are your thoughts on this?
I'm 18 by the way.
What do you think?
If you have other questions let me know. I'll be glad to answer them! Please...

Hi, does seem like a severe anxiety attack. Of course get it checked at the doctors. But I had one like that few months ago, had it checked out was ok.
I had my first bad one 13 yeArs ago, was so bad I called doctor and was admitted to hospital with query heart attack. That's when I was diagnosed with anxiety.
Hope us feel better soon. If it gets worse ring out of hours doctors or 111 they are great help.
What's 111? But I don't think it's an anxiety attack because I get one I get heat flashes and I'm constantly pacing. I would be calling my doctor now but it's a Sunday sadly.
It's nhs direct. Oh well not sure then but if it gets too much ring out of hours doctor they will talk to you and assess if you need home visit. Please don't suffer, that's what they are there for
Hello there, I just replied to your post about migraines. I forgot to add - I would get terrible chest pains as well. I really think that you have a food intolerance. Could it be gluten? I bet that you had some form of gluten-based breakfast in the morning before your chest pains.
No, I don't think so that the chest pain is due to the food intolerance, even in sometimes due to the cold season, you sometimes feel the chest pain. orthopedicsurgerysandiego.com/
