Can't make a diagnosis but would say see your GP straight away.

He is the one to suggest treatment and what it might be.

As Pat says you Need to see your GP Now. Ring and ask for an appointment stating that you are having chest pain. You will get an urgent appointment.

Don't just ring and get fobbed off with a routine none urgent 2 weeks time date.

If your Practice does Triage then ask for that.

Yep see your GP I thought mine was down to my fibromyalgia, turns out it was pleurisy. Very painfull

I had this before my then wife thought I was having a heart attack as I was having trouble breathing I went straight to A&E to get checked out

Also it was the first place my pain started on my chest then moved to me lower back

Get to the Gps ASAp
