Sorry but I had to take mine off. I'm nit sure if it was the actipatch but I started to feel worse. I hope it works for those trying the free sample - I went off and bought mine at Boots!
Actipatch update.: Sorry but I had to take mine... - Pain Concern
Actipatch update.
Thank you for your honesty! I have ordered the free sample too, so will let you know how I get on with it.
I tried the free sample but it had no effect at all on me. I have fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis in knees and ankles and a frozen shoulder. I tried it on both my worst knee and my shoulder but I felt no difference at all. Perhaps the 7 days for the trial sample isn't long enough to be able to tell if it will work or not?
The day after I took off the actipatch, I felt really good, improved. Perhaps I'd worn it too long. Will see how I go on.
Perhaps you had a bad reaction to it, Calceolaria? I remember reading on ActiPatch's facebook page that the longer you leave it on, the more effective it's supposed to be. It shouldn't be taken on and off, apparently, but should be used continuously for a long period - that's what the ActiPatch people were saying on facebook.
But, of course, if you felt worse with it then immediately better without it, then it sounds like it doesn't suit you at all.
Yes, I read all the info and followed it faithfully for three days and nights. It also says to wear until you feel the pain has improved and I over did that.
When I say I felt better, I meant better than for a long time! I'm better again today in shoulder and will give Actipatch another go tomorrow, lower back.
I left them at my daughter's, B ! Returning there tomorrow so will have another go. Been a rough few weeks and have a massage booked tomorrow too. Thanks for asking. How are you?
