Go to the doctor!

Pain in the lower right abdomen could be appendicitis, or it could be any one of a whole lot of other things. We aren't doctors here and couldn't possibly advise, other than to say get it checked out medically to be safe.

Totally agree with earthwitch see your Dr.

We can't make a diagnosis.

Man or woman? Any other symptoms: bloating, excessive gas, frequent urination? What do you mean with pain on ribs?

It is the appendix in the lower right abdomen but if your whole right side is affected it's more likely related to the colon.
