This long, difficult journey we are all on can sometimes bring you to a point where you just feel useless and think you just cannot go on anymore. Take ten minutes, an hour a day. whatever. Have a little breather and just enjoy the fact that you are loved, very much needed and above all are doing a tremendous job. Battling on but surviving.
