Really these words sum it up!!!!I could chop them off.pregapentin isn't doing nothing now..when I lie on one side I get pain right down from hip to foot on side not lieing on ??same other side..any idea.. Why I am having this horrible. Pain./I've back props..DDD. Solisis. And well bad lower back..its been bad real bad..please any advice small.or big help

Maybe its time to try another physiotherapist? They can help you with how to find comfortable positions or how to position cushions and pillows to make you comfortable, as well as showing you the kinds of stretching exercises that can help relieve that kind of back pain. You could ask them about TENS machines too (those little electrode things that pulse and help relieve pain)

Thanks earth witch.this is the first holiday we have had since my last back prop last year..can't move..really from hips to toes.cribbing pain.?I've had bowel lecking too on off last few month.didgo gp.ddidn't care..been happing again.we are a full day drive home.I am crying.what's wrong????

Hi I can relate to your chronic leg pain, I have had r/f treatment that worked well for 6 months pain free for the first time in 15years, the second r/f treatment seem to have the reverse effect (worse pain)

My pain consultant has now about to prescribe pregabelin HELP !!

Hi rollrider.. I feel your dam leg pain!!!!mine started in 20 s.but if stood ironing etc.walk to far.but now wow..I've been given same meds.you knew first one I took I was a wreck..but next day so on for week I went nuts like was given all this energy!! Really boy did I feel it..my back etc..it does a little..but not much..think need it dose but up..on 75 mg...xxxxdo your heals hurt too..??I think it stops life..really its like a really bad tooth ace you've ever had..just can't shake it off..hot electric blanket.. Really knew its middle summer its best thing for it..nice bath.?then before bed ahhhhhh...really try..xxxxxx

Hi, I have pains in my legs as you described and I cant get to sleep as I cant get comfortable if I lie on my back I get severe pain in my back. I get pain down my opposite leg when I lie down just like you, I have had an MRI and the results were that I have de genitive Lumber Facet Syndrome. I get severe lower back pain, My legs go into spasms when I walk or the muscles really tighten so I cant walk very far. The pain in my legs is usually from the knee up. I now also have stage 3 Lyphadema and swollen legs look like elephant legs as they are huge, solid and full of blisters and the skin is so hard. The only relief I get is from Tramadol but it doesnt take away the pain fully. I was offered injections in my back but they did nothing for me. I tried them 4 times then came to he conclusion and Dr agreed there was no point in having the injections.

Dont know if any of this is helpful but its the symtoms I have. I had to give up work as travelling is a big pain for me also. You can go into the NHS website and get all the information about Lumber Facet Sydrome.

Orrrrr.craftinglil.. I feel so bad for you..really..its awful my legs really not just saying from feet .heals.to lower back.my legs frobb. Ace.shoot.its bad could ask for that thing lady's get when having a baby to numb waste down.if lie on one side I could draw a line down op side.then whenon back its in back.iI wake to no feeling in arm..can't sit up.my other half don't understand.. Were away in caravan.I push my self..I am so sore.cry with it I am looking that up..my ancle sweels up..my heal on feet do too.I was to have more tests on hips lower spine never happened.. So many things they told me I lost track.see I am going pain clinic again!!!yep..last few times havewasted my time!!has on morpie ..iI was going to try injection in back??but I don't think will help me ..I can't walk far .well can push it.but feel it if knew ??!orrr really bet your a lovely in person.. Can feel it in your message..I've had to put my care work on hold..and done it for years..I hope your not in too much pain.? Bless xxxxxO O O

Have you been checked for fibromyalgia? You may want to go to a pain clinic. They helped make my pain bearable. Hope this helps sweetheart!!! xxx Mitzi

Hi mitziblue.you too are just a real lovely person to every one .you answer everyone's messages even though you too have real pain your self..yes I've been told I've this fribo. But didn't hurt at not one point were she pushed on??so??I st rumo said its because of the double phymioa I had 2 year ago..the joint pain that is.?I started getting dizzy few month after my dad died. Sadly.this rumo said I've fribo??so confused.I nearly feel asleep drive ing again other day..I don't knew what going on..my heals are very red sore.my legs my gosh.... Ahhhh.would solisis cause any this??.see no ones yet went over my MRI yet..yes no one still..my right hip pops..hurts bad.when bend over feel it moving over???I am strange??!!!?! So sorry about your dad sweetheart. I've lost everyone in my family except my uncle and my daughter who lives 11 hours away. You sound so much like me, I aways get the weirdest things that are difficult to diagnose. Hang in there honey, you may need to get another doctors opinion. I go to the doctor next Tuesday and I'm not leaving until they give me some answers. I'm so sick of being sick. My stomach is a mess on top of the pain. Plus I've gained weight and have been eating very little. Why us indeed. Hope you get some correct answers sweetheart. Please keep in touch!!! xxx Mitzi
