Hi all. Im having a lot of trouble with my fingers-they cant grab small items too well,and often my thumbs "lock" which is really painful!

A Rheumatologist is a good place to start. It could be arthritis or a lot of something else Locking thumbs is definitely something for the Rheumy.
This suggests that you may have micro cramps in your forearms. Find someone who cam massage any cramped muscles there. Another place to look at is the neck. Have you nerve compression taking place there.
A chiropractor may be able to help. Make sure you see for GP to check for anything that you may not have considered.
