Facet injections gone wrong?

Had injections now I'm having pain in lower back were I had micro discretion can someone tell me why its not responding to pain medicine or possible nerve damaged?

Have you been investigated properly by a rheumatologist for an underlying inflammatory problem? I'm thinking you should probably have had spondyloarthritis ruled out if you have otherwise unexplained back pain. Injections would help that kind of pain temporarily, but wouldn't stop it flaring again.

sorry to hear you not responded well to injections. i too have just had a second lot of facet joint injections which this time have left me with some reffered or nerve pain in my legs and feet dont really know what the answer is awaiting review from pain management clinic
