Please can someone help x
Hello
It sounds that you have twisted yourself, and possibly put a disc out that is now pressing on a nerve cluster down the spine If you have you should discuss with your GP. He is the first port of call here
With regard to your fear of cancer, I would again put your mind at rest, visit your GP, He will check you over and give pain medications and some medications that reduce swellings.
Please do not worry I do not think it is cancer
GOOD LUCK
BOB
Go to the dr he is the only one who can send you to see some one who really can check you over
People can give lots of advice but it could be the wrong advice
Just make the call get an appointment and you can stop worrying
Do it now
Chiropractor as first port of call. Then GP. GPs will make diagnosis on probabilities. Your are 18 so it is low probability you have have cancer. However low probability is not zero probability. Hence suggestion of chiropractor. If you have a muscle knot creating pressure on a nerve root the chiropractor is trained to find and do something about it. GP will sit behind their desk and make a diagnosis which sounds plausible, prescribe pain killers while not seeking out the root cause of the problem.
If a chiropractor finds a suspicious lump they will give you evidence to take to a GP for further testing. Whereas by doing the GP root of pain killers you may not have further investigations for several months.
Hope this helps
