I've really missed Health Unlocked - was unable to log in. I don't like the new format at , but it's good to be back.
At the moment, my coccyx is being a nuisance. I've had some sad things with my animals, too.
I need to go into town, then I have an incredible amount of housework to do. I'll write more later.

This system seems to be more restrictive, had problems with it on holiday and had to get the computer fixed on my return so I was off line for near on three weeks
It seems like we have all new names etc, you wonder if it is the new page that is putting people off
If you are stressed, with worry, or sadness nothing helps, so do not overdo it and you need to look at the big picture
and be kind to yourself.
All of our pets are not only a joy but also a worry, life can be so sad.

David has a coccyx cushion which helps a little to take pressure off spine when sitting.
Don't you know to pace yourself with your housework? Golden rule NOT to do more than one room a day. I don't know who wrote the guide lines but how dirty do their rooms get?!
Sorry to hear you had some sad news with your animals. One of our Collies is almost 13 and though young at heart the old body is less quick. Youngster adores her and makes huge fusses over her.

Am the same as you Ann, I have problems with the coccyx, mine has a bit missing, so yes, this can be unbearable
at times. I have a small cushion on which I sit on, does it help, well it does slightly....

Ann, can recommend a coccyx cushion to take the pressure off.
Do you know any bored teenagers near you? some don't mind doing a bit of housework for a tenner, coke and muffins. OK it with the parents too.
