I have severe pain in several muscles - particularly left arm biceps when pushing!! What might it be?

What are you pushing? If it hurts stop. Could be treatable with physio or rest.

Have you lifted heavy objects?

I have shoulder problems related to my gardening work (probably) and this is usually felt as pain in my arm muscles first.

See Gp, try anti-inflamataries & rest , is my advise.

They might send you to physio which can be a great help , take care!

See GP first especially if you can't think of an occasion when you might have strained or sprained.

You may have a tear in a tendon. A MRI scan can check for this.

I have pain in my shoulder and upper arms when doing moderate activity, but in my case it could well be that I'm too active for my own good at 87! We must understand that we all wear out at some time and unfortunately some come to this earlier than others.
