Foot injections

Has anyone had injections in the feet for foot and leg pain

Had no foot jabs as yet, I have problems with circulation , they can a little blue., small joints effected

I had a car accident in late 70s, and needed to be cut out, feet can be rich in blood so I would imagine that they may be beneficial if the swelling is not to bad

Hi Bob, I see your toes turn blue, my husband has a problem with this, do you think it is due to poor circulation? He is type2 diabetic and on meds for it. Every time he see,s the GP or diabetic nurse no one seems to have anything to say about it. They have checked pulse on feet and say it is fine. He worries constantly about it?

I have psoriasis on my feet, and they always look bad I have been to a podiasist, will need to ask again regarding it

Sorry Albee howdid your facet injections go mine haven't worked had them several times and had relief right away but 1 month later still no relief. I am going to see my consultant tonight I will see what he has to say. Think it's because I'm getting old. Take care. X

Hi Dubailand, The injection's have not had much effect, maybe a little but I don't really know for sure as my morphine pain relief and my Naproxen has been virtually doubled so not really sure. sorry to hear that yours has not worked, seems strange if its worked in the past, I am sure its not because your getting old your probably a spring chicken. Thanks Paton, I agree it does read funny, but at least it gives us a laugh. However re the foot injections I was asking on some one else's behalf. But at least you own up to remembering that song haha.

hi there yes I have had injections in my feet, it was a nerve block, I have neuropathic pain coming from my back but all my pain is in my legs and feet it didn't work for me but you never know good luck

I had injections in my foot over 15 yrs ago for spurs on my heels, they were very painful, but had non since!!!! They worked for me. X
