Hi all I didn't realise this blog was here. Just waiting for the coach back to Manchester. It made it easier running in the rain and it was only showers. I finished in 3:48:51 and even managed a sprint across the finish line

congrats! scardyCat.you must be exhausted.rest up now and bathe in the glory as you deserve it.Am joining "the choir for life" tomorrow nite.Its for cancer sufferers past or present and am excited in my new venture.Will give me something positive to focus on. had my 15th. chemo of 18 today,i am 3rd. line chemo i.was diaognosed dec. 2009.so its 3 yrs. this december but am still pushing on like all of you.Wish me luck in my new venture. MadE C.D.recently all easy listening songs .was funded by 7 lical business men and sole 2000 copies and it raised 21500 pounds for n. ireland hospice. I have just received word that specsavers chain of shops are funding me the whole amount to get another 1000 c.d.s made .I am thrilled as this will make another 10,ooo for hospice and will then total 31,500! Am also having a mc millan coffee morning next friday 28th. sept.This is my 3rd. yr. having it and we have good craic at it and raise money as well.i got a t shirt printed bald but beautiful and will wear it on the day.thats whats going on in my life at present and just wanted to share it with you all.thanks for listening and will let you know how the choir goes and the coffee morning.xxx
xometimes i feel so isolated living in belfast as there doesnt seem to be anyone from n.ireland on site as if there was someone nearer we could meet up for chat and coffee.Do hope others join from n. ireland soon as they would get so much support from lovelly people like yourselves.x
