My mother was on 18 weekly cycle treatment for 3c ca ovary. It's her third time recurrence in last 9 years. Her ca125 had come down to 43 on 16th cycle and then she got pulmonary embolism with right heart strain. Her both arteries were blocked. After treatment her Ca125 shot up to 200 and onco said her cancer might have come back. But we got her weekly ca125 done. Her Ca125 started coming down and it reached 81. Then doctor's again have couple of chemos which were left after chemo her CA125 rose again to 111. Now her CA 125 is stabled at 116 from past 25 days.

I'm bit confused what's happening. Can someone please help
