Helpful You Tube Videos

I've just revisited some of the Ovacome videos (accessed by a You Tube search or on their website) and there's a range of them that help explain things like HRD, Lynch syndrome, rare genetic changes, dealing with fatigue, hair care, speaking to family and children about the diagnosis. They are great to help you be more informed.

Ovacome also have some beginners Yoga classes if anyone fancies some gentle exercise. Worth a visit to their website ovacome.org.uk , you can also sign up for regular newsletter and join as a member it's free!!!). Personally I've had amazing support from their helpline. Any questions give them a ring (contacts on their website).x
