Finished chemo yesterday on a week break before starting Niraparib. My last scans showed a positive result to chemo and my CA125 results are normal.

That’s great progress! Good luck with Niraparib. It may take a while to adjust to it and you can always ask for a dose reduction!
can I ask what you meant by adjusting to Niraparib? I am about to start on it. Many thanks
Fantastic news, now rest up and recuperate this week 🙏 x
🤩fantastic hopefully feeling less Ova-whelmed 🏆

How wonderful! Please update on how you are doing each week, please..
great News!!!! 🙏👍🏻👏🏼
That is a wonderful feeling with being finished with chemos and surgery. I hope you do well on Niraparib. I was alright after they reduced my dose in the beginning. I had to take a few breaks off and on once in awhile for blood counts to be well. The only thing I have had lately are UTIs, which are from having a low immune system. I believe they are taking me off this drug in July. ( 3 years) Take care, Donna
This is great news! So happy for you. I am also ready for my big scan on Monday to see if chemo did the job. So anxious and excited. My ca-125 dropped down to a 7 three weeks ago. Waiting on results of recent test. I will see the Dr to see what maintenance drug she recommends. We need to stay strong and only think positive. Also I was told carrot juice to help with blood counts. Worked for me. Good luck..
