Prame trial

I’m just asking if anyone has been taking part in the Prame trial . I think it’s an Immunicore product ?? Would love to know how you got on as I may be accepted on the next phase of the trial 🤞🤞❤️.

Hi I've not heard of this Trial but would be interested to know more. I've just been taken off the Aliftus Trial due to progression. Is it for low grade and where is the Trial being held ? X

hi I understand it is available at the Royal Marsden , Christie and Oxford .

I was also offered the Aliftus — did you get the Cataquentinib or just standard care ?

Best of luck with the next step . I just came off a phase 1 trial as it showed no effect . It’s pretty horrible but we just have to keep going . Sending love ❤️

I had chemo and catequentinib on the Aliftus Trial. They said they don't have anything else available for me at the moment so maybe I'm not suitable for the Prame Trial. All this is horrible but like you said we have to keep trying. Best of luck with the Trial and please keep us posted x

I had a call from the Marsden in Sutton yesterday saying they may have a trial suitable for me. The Dr said the name of the Trial but I didn't catch it. He said one of the drugs they use is alongside the one used in the Frame Trial so im wondering if this Trial is the one you've been offered. They're sending me some information and an appointment through to go and see them x

that’s brilliant — so pleased you have a trial . If it’s the Prame trial , we shall probably meet at the hospital !

I know I have to stay over the first 3 weeks due to side effects .
