Good morning ,

After 5 lines of chemo my doctor has come up with this new regime - 6 x 3 weekly sessions if it proves to be working and if I can cope. I finished the 5th line just over 3 months ago. I’ve had Caelyx before but I’ve never heard of Yondelis. Has any one on this forum had any experience with this chemo. I am platin resistant at present.

I’d be grateful for any input. As we all know, our oncologists , (or at least mine does), tend to make light of the side effects!

Thanks in advance!

Trabectedin (Yondelis) seems to be used for other soft tissue cancers. Looks like it must be fairly new to OC.

Best of luck with it… will you keep us posted about how you get on with it? xx
