Anyone get a skin rash following chemo?

Sounds like eczema. It could be an early warning of an allergic reaction, so it would be sensible to contact your chemo dept. as reactions can take on a momentum of their own. I hope it's easily rectified, and that you're feeling on top of the world very soon!

Hi there, thanks for the reply. I contacted the team and it's a reaction to the chemo so I am taking some piriton to help!
Thanks again
Hi, depends which chemo you are receiving, Sandra developed a terrible rash all over her torso when receiving Gemcitibine. She was advised to take piriton which seemed to the trick. Xx
I had a severe rash following my first gem and carbo combination. I also had preventative antibiotics. It was decided it was an allergic reaction but were not sure if it was to gem or antibiotics. I was given premeds before each chemo and not given same antibiotics again. Definitely contact chemo dept as it could be a reaction and they will be able to give you something to help itching
