The endometrium being homogenous just means its smooth, spread evenly and of uniform thickness, in other words, its the same everywhere its located - 'unilocular' means a cyst contained within a small sac, not sure what anechoic means, you need to wait for the full explanation. As the cyst region is on the left, ask them if that's what's causing your pain...
