Hi I’ve had pelvic pain for some time , had endometrial ablation for bleeding , now nil periods ,

However recently pelvic pain there most of the time , not relieved by anything , had some brown almost clear discharge , had ultrasound which showed ovarian cyst has gone but some tiny Echogenic foci in the endometrium, ? Calcification- what does this mean - is it more serious

I don’t think we can help you much, but I strongly suggest you ask for a CT scan.

The Echogenic foci are not a serious problem, but something is wrong, or you would not be so miserable.

A CA-125 test should be called for also, if you are worried about Ovarian Cancer. That tests for an antigen produced by this cancer.
