Finding the way forward

Hi all you lovely ladies, I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate all your comments. I really do think the way forward is the way that resonates with us, the way that feels true and not the one we think might be right? I have been very fortunate in that I have been shown in a blinding moment of profound love and peace what God/The Universe/ The White Light, whatever, wishes for me. Because of the deep joy it has given me I could never think to question it as it was beyond all human questions and decisions.

Right at the moment I'm in our local hospice while they try to find suitable pain medication that will not slow up my stoma output. This has been quite tricky for me to get right but hopfully it will get sorted,?

I too believe in a higher power and the knowing life does go on just differently. When I was going through my chemo in 2014 my cousin was born at 21 weeks, less than 2 pounds. I prayed morning and night for her, offering God to take me, I had lived 51 yrs and I wanted her to survive. One night, she had a difficult nite and I drempt, the matriarcs of our family were standing watch giving her strength. That morning I awoke and had a calming, knowing she would live. She's 4 and a 1/2 and doing well. I believe we are all blessed, we all go down different roads but blessed to have lived. Prayers for you, ❤❤Liz

Hi Maureen

Thoughts and love are with you xx keep us updated with your journey xx do they offer any hypnotherapy? Its great for relaxation and sleep, I used it before and after my first operation and it really helped support the pain meds for me, he helped me to visualise imagine/encourage the pain meds to hit their target and be more effective, as you seem very ‘tuned in’ to your body it may help a bit?? Also no constipation 😂😂

Lots of love

Diane
