CT baseLine scan

Hi all - I finished 18 weeks of chemo 4 months ago. (I was stage 3/grade3 when diagnosed May 2018.). CA125 is checked monthly and thankfully has been around 5. Gyn/onc doc suggested a CT baseline scan which I did last week. Scan was good - “except” it showed soft tissue near the adrenal gland near right kidney. Saw an endocrinologist today and will have another CT scan in a few weeks. Endocrinologist doc said it may not be related to OC - it may be a cyst - may or may not need to be removed - the scan will tell. Have any of you experienced or heard of similar? Appreciate your input! Many thanks!

I had a couple of cysts which they were keeping an eye on as possibly suspicious. Nearly 8 years later they're still cyst.

As long as they're keeping an eye on them leave the worry to them. Xx

Yes...mine showed nodules on my lung but as with others they have never done anything suspicious and that scan was three years ago. I have learned that different radiographers will interpret scan results in their own way and that they err on the side of caution. I wouldn’t worry xx
