To be honest, no one here can or should tell you what your treatment should be. That is decided on an individual basis by your Dr. This cancer is different in each person and treatment will take into account many things pertinent to your diagnosis into consideration when planning treatment. Have a sit down with your oncologist and ask for a treatment plan. Good luck!

Your post lacks the clarity needed to understand better. Hipec is a good treatment done alongside the debulking surgery. Normally six rounds of chemo of.paclitaxel and carbo platin are advised, IV or IV/IP
