Pain in belly

I had bowel cancer 11 years ago but over time I have developed an hernia

But of lately the pain in my stomach when I am trying to pass stoles is so bad I won’t to die I take pain tablets but they only make me more worse but I still take them to try and get a little relief I gave taken most of the stuff to help and it dose but a few hours later i Am passing heard stolls again also when my belly blows up and my skin Stretches I have sores

I no I need surgery but I am to scared because I have had such a bed time with this operation and others have u any ideas how to help me
