I was diagnosed with seromucinous ovarian cancer in 2015.

Had a surgery and then chemo with carboplatin and paclitaxol. The chemo didn’t work as I got allergic to taxol and resistant to carboplatin

Then was given navoaclutaxol weekly with avastin every two weeks. Finished six cycles of chemo and was on maintenance dose of avastin. Markers are normal but the scan done yesterday shows 2 lymph nodes slightly swollen. Anybody in my situation. Please help

Hello Parul,

I’m afraid I haven’t been in your situation, although I was allergic to taxol, so I can relate to that. I hope someone else has had a similar experience with the lymph nodes which can share their story with you.

All the best.

Vicki

Hi,

I had my appointment with my oncologist today. She suggested to go on a clinical trial involving immunotherapy. Has anyone been on the trial
