Please excuse this post if I am talking to the converted but if it helps one person it's worth it . This beautiful sunshine is wonderful but please be careful chemo places you at a much higher particular risk high factors and cover up . You can still get a prescription for sun screen well just about !

Enjoy the sun ☀️ x

Yep I had chemo yesterday so am enjoying it through the bedroom windows with a very welcome breeze through said window!

Much love ( and sunshine )

I always use factor 30 to 50 since chemo when away but dont use it unless I am actually sitting out in it here. It is beautiful here today but I am staying in. Had ct scan yesterday and feel that I shouldnt be out in the sun longterm today, but we will enjoy it while it lasts

Hi christie22, this is a thoughtful post from you. You are right to be cautious, I use factor 30-50 depending on ferocity of the sun, today it's been 50 as I've been out on my bike so slathered it on. I think it's wise to be over cautious even on less sunny days so thank you for thinking about us all. Hope you are as well as you'd like to be and you too enjoy the ☀️ ❤️Xx Jane

I wore factor 50 as I was going through chemo a nd as someone who loved the sun I was a bit miffed BUT I ended up with a great SAFE tan - so factor 50 was brilliant.

I recommend it to you all !!
