I have a referral to the above. As I keep

Getting UTIs and have noticed that I am passing urine through my cervix

My doctor tells me that he is doesn't think it's a fistula, he has requested routine blood tests. But I am concerned.

I am sorry I cannot advise you, the best person really is a urologist or gynae, I wish you well

Go see the specialist immediately! Doctors misdiagnose more than anyone wants to acknowledge. Get to the root cause and you'll feel much better! T

Oh thank you that makes me feel a lot better -- but I haven't had an internal.

But you are right thank you

This happened to me too , i was referred but the urologist wasn't very helpful. The urologist ordered a urine flow test and urine test for infection.

My advice is to get a CA125 blood test and ultrasound. Be insistent and don't take no for an answer.

My urologist caused a delay of my diagnosis by 6 months because they did nothing to order these simple tests.

Hopefully you have nothing to worry about and you're perfectly fine. But always better to have the tests for your own peace of mind.

All the best

I hope all your tests were ok. And you are fine now. Thank you for that. I will chase up my surgery for my b/t results and find out more about my referral.

Much appreciated Lollie2016

I had exactly this, it is NOT urine, I was misdiagnosed for a year. You need a GOOD gyne, this fluid was coming from my Fallopian tube and was an early sign of a tumour, I don't wish to alarm you but if I had found out a year before I would be in a very different position today. Better safe than sorry. I should have had a hystroscopy as at that time it was too small to pick up with scans. I hope all is ok but don't let them mess you about, I did and I regret it so much.

Thank you Claire, I have a consultation this afternoon. But maybe I am expecting too much from it!!

It looks like urine, stupid me, put it in for an MSU without thinking until afterwards that maybe if I have a bladder infection that it wouldn't show up. But I shouldn't self diagnose lol!! What do I know.

I am glad you told me Claire I don't know anything and am grateful and thank you for the heads up.

I hope all is well now. Debbi Xxxx

Not one doctor knew this was a symptom, so we learn ourselves as we go along! Hope you got on OK

It went well yesterday and to cut a long story short I have been given oestrogen so I will give that a go

He said my skin is very thin so hopefully this will help with the soreness
