Judy, sorry you have ended up in hospital but hope you feel much better very soon, don't rush home until you are strong enough. Take care, thinking of you x
Sounds awful Judy but hopefully the antisickness will kick in and they will let you go home soon. Nothing like being in your own bed. Wishing you well. Kathy xxx
Hopefully they've now changed your meds as that sounds like my very first carbo/taxol! Awful isn't it and I really feel for you. If you still feel nauseous next time then speak up straight away, it took three goes to get my meds to a decent level but I still felt quite poorly . It's doable when you're not being sick xxx
I had a horrible reaction first time and was really frightened it would happen again, but they usually know what they are doing and once they have you sorted it is very doable
Hi Judy just want to wish you well and hope the meds will kick in and you will be well enough to get home. They should too after a day or two, thinking of you
Hi Judy, I hope you're feeling better and you anti sickness meds are working. I changed from metoclopramide to cyclizine, which Im finding much more effective in controlling sickness. Not sure if this is was your first round of chemo- I was rough on first round but second round was much more doable with a lot of the symptoms under control with better meds. round 3 on Friday. Oh, it's really crap , isn't it? It will pass though. A tough but necessary treatment. Wishing you well. Sarahx
Judy that is not what you should be having and I'm sorry this has happened. Loads of us are wishing you well and I really hope you can go home as soon as poss. All the best to you!
