Still waiting for CA125 results and hospital letter.

Hello everyone, Popped into the doctors today regarding my other meds and casually asked if my blood tests had come back. The thyroid ones are normal but then again am on Levothyroxine so wouldnt expect them to be anything else but the CA125 ones aren't back and apparently have been fast tracked but still no letter. The waiting is the worst but I still havent got any symptoms and the lump seems to be shrinking am just hoping its not wishful thinking on my part or my imagination playing tricks on me. Apart from my daily COPD issues am feeling really great ! Hope you all are doing ok

I hope your results come through quickly as the waiting can be very hard. I met with my new Oncologist yesterday and start my Chemo (Carboplatin and Taxol) on Tuesday. I went to the Oncology centre for the first time yesterday and it all became real! I needed a hot, sweet cup if tea as I became quite light headed!

Yep, the waiting and the rollercoaster of good news / bed news - all harder than the actual treatment.

The 125s do take longer than the norm, I hope that they will turn up soon and that they will be normal.  It is hard waiting for results of anything I feel your pain, been there done that.  Let us know how it goes for you best wishes
