Can anyone tell me why I have to sign in every time I visit HU? I never used to have to if I ticked the keep me signed in button.

Hi Jean - I wonder if you're clicking on the yellow box in your email and it's taking you to the Ovacome site. You could try creating a link to the Home Page for Ovacome on your tablet or laptop, putting in the log-in details and click the save password box. That might resolve the problem in one way but better if you could sign in directly from the click in your email inbox. I'd be happy to have a look when I'm down. xxxx love Annie

I'll be over Jean. The I-Mac is amazing. Far too tempting if I wake up in the middle of the night, as I have just now, to fire it up and have another play. xxxx

Same happens to me on the iPad, Jean. Sometimes it does, sometimes not. I think it's when you close the window on the iPad. I have it saved as a bookmark on my PC and it opens ok on there. How are you feeling now? Hope things are not too bad at the moment

Can't help with the signing in, happens to me in the iPhone but not in the iPad.

Lovely to hear you get a surge with Avastin. I had my first dose yesterday and am feeling good - let's hope it continues.

Sorry, I have no idea. I just google ovacomeHU and get in that way. I'm on a MacPro, which is supposedly intuitive. I gave up on hotmail notifications, because it jammed up my hotmail inbox. HealthUnlocked has become more mysterious, not less. Perhaps progress for the techies, but a great step backwards for those of us who, like me, are technologically incompetent. Keep calm and carry on. Vxxx

Dear Jean,

I kept having to log in.... but my son advised me to clear my cache ( history) on my iPad he did that for me and it worked... love x G x

As it happens my son is here so I asked him, if you have an iPad you go into settings click on safari and then click on cookies and data then it comes up with clear you can press clear or you could cancel if you prefer not to...you will then need to log in with your password and then it should keep you logged in (after you press keep me logged in) I hope this makes sense ...

best wishes love x G x
