Hi ladies, recovering from my ok almost 2 weeks now but wondering did anybody have the feeling that their body going through "withdrawal " feeling??? Have said it to my gp and she said that it could be from the anaesthetic. ....any advice???

Hi Cotton, I remember my body giving huge sighs for a few weeks for no reason but I think I was also told it was my body coming back to normal after anaesthetic.  I hope you are doing well and resting as much as you can

Hey Cotton! 

My GP told me that anesthetic stays in women's bodies for a long time because of the way we store fat as they are the cells that accumulate the Anesthetic and when I say fat cells I mean the ones that we all have regardless of our weight😊. This might explain some of what you are feeling!
