timing of supplements

I am confused about whether it is beneficial to take supplements at certain times of the day or with/without certain pairings. Perhaps it just doesn’t matter, which would be much more convenient. This is what I am currently doing,, but I’d appreciated any suggestions, especially if you think I am overthinking this!

Vitamin D3 (1000IU) at breakfast with fat

Vitamin K2 - (MK4 5mg or MK7 50mcg - can’t decide!) at lunch with fat

Magnesium Glycinate (100 mg 2x daily) mid morning and bedtime - couple hours from dairy

Calcium Citrate (150-300 mg) as needed depending on dairy - usually play catch up in evening

probiotic at bedtime

I eat a healthy plant-based diet, with eggs and fish, so I haven’t seen the need for a multivitamin, although I would be interested in one if it didn’t contain certain megadoses. My research is conflicting….one resource says they can be taken together, like they would be in a multi, yet others say to take D and K apart, Ca and Mg apart, etc. Help!

I take my D3 and MK7 together in the morning, which is what my doctor suggested. I take 145 mcg of MK7. My doc told me to take between 140-180 mcg.
