Why getting pressure behind left breast bone / Pec?

Hello,

Since Christmas I’m getting pressure behind left breast bone. It’s localised to this area. I also get stomach gurgling and windy.

I had a colonoscopy few months ago and said my bowels were inflamed which is in keeping with IBS. Due to the pressure I’m getting, I had a endoscopy last week, and have initially said that looked normal but taken biopsies to rule out coeliac. I have follow up for results next week.

Anyone know why I’d be getting pressure behind left breast bone?

Thanks
