I’ve given up, and eat anything and everything. Stopped all medication and put in 6,000 to 10,000 steps daily. Stopped talking to doctors and never felt better.
Hi,,, I tend to eat fish, chicken, omelette, sausages or homemade burgers alternating days with salad or vegetables. On vegetable evenings I always steam them and luckily get away with grated cheese on top and a little vegan mayo. On my salad days, I always stir fry all,,, lettuce, cucumber, red cabbage, celery, fennel, ginger root and sweet peppers with a little olive oil and a handful of sesame seeds, sometimes added peanut butter is delicious too especially with chicken 😊 xx
