H Pylori test results

Good evening everyoneI need advice from a professional on here

I had a H pylori test carried out(Blood and Stool)

It was Positive in Blood but Negative in stool

Do i need antibiotics for the H pylori

Cus my doctor only prescribed for me Omeprazole + Sodium Bi carbonate(it's more of an oral suspension)

Were you on any acid medications PPI’s when you tested ? I am told they can cause a false negative on stool test
