Mottled skin on stomach

Has anyone had this? I know it can related to pancreatitis but I don't have any other symptoms but it's definitely something that I have noticed since having reflux for the past 2 months.I have an ultrasound on my abdomen on Friday as my amylase results from a blood test were slightly raised so they are checking for any inflammation of the pancreas but didn't mention the mottled skin as didn't think it was related.

It looks worse at some times of the day than others and sometimes barely there. Very strange! Is there any connection between reflux and the pancreas?
