Last night I hate a spicy meal I know very stupid of me 
I woke in the night to horrible back pain more towards my shoulders.
I made a hot water bottle to see if that would help but it didn’t..
How long does an acid reflux attack usually last because my back is in so much pain today.
Is there anything I can do to relieve the pain a bit!
Once the reflux has effected, the residual pains may last over a day or two, depending upon how severe the reflux is and managed etc
Unless you have bad back to begin with the reflux pains can be misinterpreted as back pain or chest pains.
Also when the reflux will be triggered al other neural bells will go haywire connected to the neural path towards the oesophagus.
The tissue getting hurt inside kf the oesophagus due to acid exposure. This pain can not be relieved by hot water touch to the skin on back(unless the symptoms treated). However it may make you feel bit better if stomach pain.

I find when I have been naughty and ate something I shouldn't it usually takes three days to get back to " normal " as we know it. I had a ordinary white bread bun , not gluten free, with tomatoes plus a bit if salt. It was so 😋 yummy but by heck the pain was b bad
It’s horrible isn’t it! Where do you get your pain?? Mine seems to be more in my back it gets so uncomfortable

My stomach I look huge and clothes don't fit
