I was recently diagnosed with LPR and I've had to radically change my diet as it seems everything I like to cook contains some sort of trigger for me. I've got both the Acid Watcher Diet and the Acid Watcher Cookbook, and while some of the meals are fine, mostly it feels like I'm eating the same things over and over again just rearranged differently on the plate.
I used to enjoy cooking, but although I already had some dietary limitations due to rheumatoid arthritis, I'm really struggling with how restricted my diet has become.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
