Hi I’ve had pain on one side of the throat for 10 weeks now , it gets better then comes back. It is accompanied with the same side shoilulder pain and sometimes collet bone pain. Doctors say acid reflux but I’m scared about cancer , has anyone else had this ? I’m 37 male who does not smoke and hardly drinks

Anxiety can be a real issue. Not all people experiencing acid reflux end up with cancer imemdiately.

Have read of the information within the link shared and see where improvement could be made in your diet, lifestyle, mental health in addition to any medications prescribved by your GP.
