Has anyone tried Wellbutrin / bupropion and has it helped?

I have OCD, but cannot take SSRIs. Even SNRIs probably won't be good as I have thrombocytopenia and am pretty sure it has the same mechanism on certain aspects so could cause bleeding for me (which SSRIs did). I am not on anything now, but still sometimes think it would help whilst I am learning all the techniques and OK sometimes just will do anything for a bit of relief and to make me care a bit less about everything! I think bupropion is a dopamine based treatment rather than serotonin, so should be OK....just wondered whether anyone has tried it and what the side effects were for them if any? Many thanks.
