At last a helpful family at Christmas

Well a turnup for the books! I run around mad every year for christmas but this year the family were all "you rest and pace yourself." I think leaving the leaflets around have worked ho ho ho!!!!

We had a lovely time and everyone pitched in and washed up. I did rest in between and instead of trying to let everyone have a day off whilst I "looked after them" I got time to enjoy their company. Definately a Win win situation! I do find the leaflets helpful and give good advice.

They are handy for my friends, family and employer to know how hard ra can be!
