Hi hope everyone is feeling good today, my question is does anyone else feel cold late afternoon and early evening? I still have the heating on but from about 5 or 6 o'clock I start to feel really cold my hands and feet first.
Am I alone here???

I am generally quite a hardy person but have noticed over the past few months that I am much more susceptible to both cold and heat. The cold gets to my hands in the early evening and I have to cover them up but on the other hand if I get too hot I just feel exhausted and cannot do anything. I am still trying to find out if it is the RA causing the problem or the medication.
Have you tried taking your temperature? I was told to take mine first thing, before getting out of bed. It proved my temp. was low,BUT when I take it early evening it is lower still.I spend most evenings under a travel rug, with heating on. Hubby tries to watch TV through the door from the hall.
I feel absolutely freezing most of the time. I put it down to losing weight and having less insulation on my bones but yes my hands and feet get very cold. Sometimes I get really sleepy and hubby comes in and tells me off for not putting the heating on in case I get hypothermia. The thing is with the price of gas now I feel guilty sitting in with the heating on all the time. Its not unknown for me to keep my woolly hat on after walking the dogs lol
Snap to all of this including Paula with the weightloss and the hat. I've been off my meds for a month now and it has only worsened so can't blame them anymore either. Tilda x
Hello Wendy Ah I'm cold all the time!! This afternoon I was sitting inside clutching a hot water bottle and a cup of tea while it was lovely warm spring weather outside I didn't use to be that way though, quite the opposite, was always wearing a t-shirt even in winter Christine xx
