Hi thats good to know. As i did apply for DLA apparently not disable enough !!! x
hi i dont or rather didnt qualify for dla on but have a blue badge too,
I THINK to get DLA these days you have to have limbs missing, be bed bound or similar I have been told mine is variable disease and that is why it is difficult to qualify? my one GP has told me with the right meds my life could/ will be normal???Q!!
That's what my GP said when i spoke to her about DLA, which is fair enough if the meds work and we can have normal life's, So i am going to see how things go over the next 6 months, which will mean i would of had RA for 16 months, All we all want is to live normal life's, Take Care XX
Well done you :)))) and thankyou xxx
If your mobility is affected by this horrible disease and you need help with some things then i think your should appeal the decision. Most people don't get dla first time so after 6 months you can re-apply and if its has been recently that your were refused then appeal within month. I had my blue badge before dla. and i had r/a for 11 years before i got dla. Good luck to you all xx
