anyone on here get chill blanes on their big toes with cold feet

hi everyone anyone get chill blanes on their big toes and realy cold feet (ice cold)

especialy with the knees sore underneath

and any ointment they use would be good to know,

whitefield ointment old fashioned corner chemist remedy, I Would check feet with gp as could well be raynuards which is a diffrent condition which can be treated with drugs.

My feet are always cold but not sure exactly what chill blanes are (sorry im bit dippy).

Hi sorry u r sore. I agree with Summer,it's time to bother your GP and get. Check up....from h neck down ! U need to get these feet sorted for the TT this summer, r u gonna try to go?

Hi

I have had chill blains in the past. I agree you should get them checked. As far as treating them I find the best thing is Vick's vapour rub. It was recommend to me by a pharmacist seveal years a go, as strange as it sounds it really does help.
