A busy week ahead.........

Hi everyone!

Hope you have all had a bit of sunshine this weekend - it was wonderful here on Saturday, bit over cast today!

Please think of me this week, having just finished with a flare that has lasted over 4 weeks I have a busy week and hope my RA will be kind to me.

Tomorrow is my last session of 'Movement for Inprovement' excerise class. This has been wonderful, I have had a chance to concentrate on areas of weakness and strengthen them with one to one Physio's. I really hope they offer the chance to return as I have benefitted so much from these classes.

I am also going to have my hands and feet X-rayed - I know they have changed and with the problems I have had lately might shed some light on my pain!

Thursday and Friday, I sit my accountacy exams - it has been over 25 years since I have sat a proper exam, I am quietly confident, but have to not worry about my hands swelling and hurting - I know that two hours of solidly using a computer will take its toll, but I know it will be worth it. I have been studying at nightschool for the last 15 weeks and have met some wonderful friends who have been so incredibly sensitive and supportive - friends I intend to keep intouch with!!

Anyway. I hope you all have a good week, with little or no pain, and lets hope Mr. Sunshine pops out again to cheer us all!!! :)

Good luck with your exams, Pen. Hope you sail through your busy week - it's amazing what we can all do if this darn disease leaves us alone for a few days.

You clever girl well done on a) beating the flare and b) the accountancy. study.. you will earn much more than me well done you xx.

That class sounds good. dont let the time lapse phase you, I qualified in chemistry in 1991 then retrained in pharmacy qualifying in 2008.

in between in qualifed as a learning support assiatant higher level and whilst studying for pharmacy i worked part time in education and carework and qualified (only nvq2!) in health and social care in 2008 also!, it can be done!,

Due to health difficulties I have just signed up for a 10 week online I.T course need to be as employment flexible as possible if I CAN stabilise health again.
