A week in Benidorm...

Not a huge blog story from me this time! Just a short note to remind myself that a week of Sunshine in Spain gave me more mobility, energy and less pain than 10 months of pills...I know I wouldn't have made it there without the pills but if you get the chance, I recommend taking it.

I can "feel" the weather oppressing my bones after 3 days back in blighty...

Going to go back as soon as I get the chance!

Am going to catch up reading other peoples blogs etc.

same here,had a week in landzarote end of april bit of sun & pool does wonders planing to go back september for 10 days hopefully.

I luv luv luv the heat but my dad loved the cold with his RA! Thankfully we lived in Scotland so it was pot luck lol.

So glad u had a great trip, my hubby does Paragliding so takes pics of his feet but when he is flying!!

What your tat off on your leg? Looks good ! I am to chicken to get one done, though I can inject my diabetic and RA medicine! Strange!

There's too much cold up here! I guess there might be some truth in the vitamin D theories though. Tatts are more scratchy than injections...I cant stand needles but having to get used to them now. I think self injecting must be really tough...I'm thankful I'm not at that stage yet. As for Paragliding! OMG!! lol
