Hi everybody,I'm just letting you know I'm now off for a spa weekend,woohoo !!! I'm going to try everything,the saunas,steam room,ice room and jacuzzis,and I will let you now if anything helped or not !! Well they do say heat and ice so I'm going to go in full steam ahead !!
