Hi olive2709

Some places offer what they call an aqua thermal journey where you can in your own time wander around their spa and enjoy different salt inhalation room / steam rooms saunas, jacuzzi and pool & some have pedicure foot spas

Just an idea if your daughter doesnt like to be touched due to pressure sensitivity!

Hope you find something as we all deserve a treat now and then! X

I know of a couple up north in UK

Stanley house

Ribby Hall

The woodland Spa

Think the Titanic hotel have a spa in Liverpool too

There will be information on any spas website & you dont always need to book extra treatments such as massages ! Ive done the spa day without massage or facials etc

Depending on where you are, the spa day at Eden Hall Spa, Newark is amazing. You get a 3 course lunch included, and there's plenty to do without having a hands on treatment. The Rose Steam Room is particularly nice.

Many spas offer a day where you can just please yourself as to what you do, you don't need to book any massage or other treatments. Most will have what they offer in their website.

I can't cope with any form regular massage due to inflammation but would highly reccomend thalassotherapy or watsu massage if they have it, both great for joint pain.
