Here i am after another bad night. Fell off my scooter sunday, now i'm paying for it. Spent monday in bed. Yesterday morning didn't feel too bad, but by the afternoon i felt like i'd been run over by a bus. I rang my nurse at the hospital and she has told to see my doctor for a check up to make sure that i haven't cracked anything. Also that it will set the ra off. Great just when i thought i was starting to get some normality back in my life again. Now i don't know where to put myself and i can't sleep either. I know the heat is not helping. This morning at 8.30 i'm going to see if my practise will let me see my gp. More rest for me now until this settles down again.
Julie your not a silly billy, just a woman who wants to do things.
Love to you all

Oh Sylvia sorry to hear of your accident. What a kerfuffle.
Keep deep breathing, keep calm, and rest. You will be ok just a blip. It is a blooming "you know whatty" thought isn't it.
I am really pacing myself to the shame of my housekeeping skills. The place hasn't been touched for weeks so guess what.... my daughter and rastus hoovered and swept and mopped yesterday whilst I went to the swimming pool for a bit of an exercise - being lazy works!!!
Summer,i was trying to turn it so that i could cross the road. The footpath had come to an end ,but the two drop kerbs were not in line. I think that i had overdone it on saturday and then on sunday i rattled round the car boot and i just didn'y think. Thats about it in a nutshell. I fell off a scooter last year at the chelsea flower show in exactly the same way. Had help that time, this time i was on my own. Just goes to prove i'm not safe to let out on my own!!!!

ooh dear.. what ever you do dont and drink and drive on it lol take care xx
i wouldn't have hurt myself if i had been drinking. I haven't had a drink in over 9yrs so i can't blame the drink. I think i over did sat and then was out sun morning, not really watching what i did.
